Purchases, refunds and cancellation
How buying, withdrawing, refunding and cancelling work. Version 2026-09-09.
Who you are buying from
Fast Lane is made by Røssner Productions ApS, CVR 45469883, Njalsgade 21 F, 2., 2300 København S, Denmark. Email: nicklas@nicklasrossner.com
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, taxes and refunds, and your receipt will show Paddle as the seller. For questions about the app itself, contact us at the address above.
Your right to withdraw within 14 days
If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. This follows the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Fast Lane starts working the moment you buy it. By completing a purchase you ask us to begin right away. If you withdraw during the 14 days, you pay only for the part of the billing period you have used, and the rest is refunded.
To withdraw, email us at nicklas@nicklasrossner.com or contact Paddle at paddle.net within the 14 days. Either counts.
If you live outside the EU, your local consumer law may give you additional rights.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee
On top of your legal rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first Fast Lane subscription payment. If Fast Lane isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of that first payment and we refund it in full.
The guarantee applies once per person and covers the first payment only. Renewals and later billing periods are covered by your legal rights above.
How to get a refund
Contact Paddle at paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or email us at nicklas@nicklasrossner.com and we will pass it on.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When your access ends we keep your saved training plan. Any remaining Fast Lane workouts are removed from a connected training calendar, and the connection is disconnected.
Complaints
If we can't resolve a problem together, you can complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can find their national dispute resolution body at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
